Weyerbacher Brewing Company
I recently paid a visit to Weyerbacher Brewing Company in Easton, PA to check out their brewery tour. I was very pleasantly surprised to find out that they give out free samples of their beer on Saturdays 12-3pm! Sweet!

Gosh, where do I even start with Asheville…
Asheville was my favorite city in North Carolina. Hands down. And not just because of the beer. I mean, yeah, that’s part of it, but this city just has so much going for it… Let’s start with the beer.

I’ve mentioned before that my husband Tim and I are planning to open a brewpub. So imagine our delight when we were invited by the head brewer, Vince, of Iron Hill North Wales to come in and brew with him! In fact, “delight” isn’t really the right word for it. We were friggin’ bouncing off [...]
This past Saturday was the 3rd annual SAVOR: An American craft beer and food experience!
SAVOR is one of my favorite days of the year. I’ve been to every one since its inception in 2008, and was ecstatic to be able to represent RateBeer this time around!
This month’s Session topic (hosted by Mario Rubio of The Hop Press) is “Collaborations”:
Drink a collaborative beer. Who’s brewed some of your favorite collaborations? Who have been some of your favorite collaborators? Who would you like to see in a future collaboration? As the topic is collaborations, working with each other is encouraged.
