About Steph Weber
Steph Weber is a homebrewer, craft beer enthusiast, beer/food pairing guru, and future brewpub owner. She and her husband have been brewing since 2006, and hope to get started opening their brewpub within the next few years. As a first step, they have enrolled to attend the American Brewers Guild in 2011 to earn their professional brewing certification.
In addition to her Hop Press blog, Steph writes on her personal blog brew.cook.pair.joy, where she covers beer, food, pairing, homebrewing, and cooking.
